2. General information and mandatory disclosures

Data protection

I take the protection of your personal data seriously. I treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy. I would point out that data transmission over the internet can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Withdrawal of your consent to data processing

Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can withdraw consent you have already given at any time. An informal message by email is sufficient for this. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out up to the point of withdrawal remains unaffected by the withdrawal.

Right to object to data collection

Where data processing is based on Article 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR, you have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data. Where your personal data is processed for the purpose of direct marketing, you have the right to object at any time to such processing.

Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority

In the event of breaches of the GDPR, you have a right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Right to data portability

You have the right to have data that I process automatically on the basis of your consent or in performance of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format.

SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address bar of the browser changes from http:// to https:// and by the padlock symbol in your browser bar.

Information, blocking, erasure and rectification

Within the framework of the applicable statutory provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the data processing, as well as a right to rectification, blocking or erasure of this data.

3. Data collection on this website

Server log files

The provider of this website automatically collects and stores information in what are known as server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. These are:

  • browser type and browser version
  • operating system used
  • referrer URL
  • host name of the accessing computer
  • time of the server request
  • IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources. The basis for the data processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, which permits processing to safeguard legitimate interests (the error-free provision of the website).

Enquiry by email or telephone

If you contact me by email or telephone, your enquiry, including all the personal data arising from it, will be stored and processed by me for the purpose of handling your request. I do not pass this data on without your consent.

The processing of this data is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, provided that your enquiry is connected with the performance of a contract or is necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on your legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The data remains with me until you ask me to erase it, withdraw your consent to its storage or the purpose for storing the data ceases to apply. Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

Processing of customer and contract data

I collect, process and use personal data only insofar as it is necessary for the establishment, substantive arrangement or amendment of the contractual relationship (master data). The basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Once the contract has been fully performed, the data is erased, unless statutory retention periods stand in the way.
