Scope
This accessibility statement applies to the website annemarie-andersen.de.
Annemarie Andersen is not a public body. This statement is provided voluntarily, because low-barrier and clear communication is part of the website's professional standard.
Status of conformity
Following an internal review, the website is designed to be low-barrier in essential respects. It uses semantic HTML structures, keyboard operation of the navigation, visible focus states, a skip link to the main content, local fonts, meaningful link text and responsive layouts.
A formal certification or full external audit to WCAG, BITV 2.0 or EN 301 549 is not currently available. For this reason, full conformity is not declared here.
Known limitations
The following points can still be improved:
- Some older content and blog/knowledge pages have not yet been fully checked manually with a screen reader.
- PDF documents or external content that is linked to lie outside this website and may contain barriers of their own.
- The contact path is implemented as a static mailto process. Depending on the device or email program, the experience may be more or less convenient.
- The website does not yet have its own version in Easy Language or a version in German Sign Language.
Preparation and updates
This statement was prepared on 3 June 2026. It is based on an internal visual review of the website and its most important user journeys.
The statement will be updated when significant changes are made to the website or when reports of barriers are received.
Report a barrier
If you notice a barrier or need content in a more accessible form, please send an email to mail@annemarie-andersen.de.
It helps to include the affected page, a short description of the problem and, if possible, details of your device, browser or assistive technology.
Note on the enforcement procedure
The enforcement and conciliation procedure under the BGG / BITV is aimed at public bodies. Based on the current internal assessment, no corresponding jurisdiction applies to this private website. Reports of barriers are nevertheless taken seriously and reviewed.
