Good work deserves good texts
Many organisations do outstanding work, but their reports, applications and concepts fail to tell that story. Not because the substance is missing, but because no one has the time or the craft to write it down in a way that lands.
An impact report that exists only to tick a box has no effect. A grant application that fails to convince the assessors within the first three paragraphs ends up on the wrong pile. And a concept that runs to 40 pages but loses the reader on page 5 has missed its purpose.
I write texts that work – not because they sound good, but because they are clear.
What I write
- Impact reports and annual reports – figures, stories and outcomes presented so that funders, boards and the public read and understand them.
- Grant applications and project descriptions – well structured, persuasive and tailored to the requirements of each funder.
- Concepts and strategy papers – complex projects explained clearly, for internal and external decision-makers.
- Annual reports – meeting your obligations and being readable need not be a contradiction.
- Newsletters and stakeholder communications – regular texts for your audience, in the right tone and to the point.
Why me, specifically
My other services all revolve around clarity: Easy Language, cutting red tape, AI quality assurance. Copywriting is the logical extension – instead of making an existing text clear, I write it from the outset so that it works.
On top of that, I bring a QA background from the games and agency world. I am used to not just writing texts, but checking them for errors, gaps and inconsistencies before they go out.
Who this is for
Associations and non-profit organisations that need to show impact in order to secure funding. Public bodies that want to communicate accessibly. Companies that need reports and concepts but have no in-house editorial team. And agencies looking for a reliable copywriter for their client projects.
How I work
You supply the substance – figures, facts, notes, interviews, existing drafts. I turn it into a finished text. In your tone of voice, for your audience, in your format. And when accessibility is called for, I build it in from the start.
