Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), you have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving a reason, unless a statutory exclusion applies or the right of withdrawal expires early.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date the contract is concluded.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you are not required to do so.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, I will reimburse all payments I have received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day I receive your notice of withdrawal. I will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless we expressly agree otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement.
If you asked me to begin the service during the withdrawal period, you must pay an appropriate amount for the services already provided by the time you notify me of your withdrawal. That amount is proportional to the part of the service already performed compared with the full scope agreed in the contract.
Early expiration of the right of withdrawal
For services, the right of withdrawal may expire early if I have fully performed the service and began work only after you expressly agreed that I could start before the withdrawal period ended and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the contract had been fully performed.
For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may expire early if you expressly agreed that I could begin performance before the withdrawal period ended, acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal as a result, and were provided with confirmation of the contract.
