The five services at a glance

Every project starts from a different place: a finished text, an open brief, a tight deadline or a long coordination loop. I therefore price each job on the actual scope.

Concrete prices without context are not serious.

Accessibility & Easy Language

From 68.50 EUR per standard page

One standard page is 1,500 characters including spaces. Example: an accessibility statement (3–4 pages) typically comes to 200–280 EUR.

Clear Administrative Language

On request

For forms, notices, letters and information material. The decisive factors are text length, the readability level you need and how much coordination is involved.

AI Quality Assurance

On request

I review AI-generated copy for language quality, plausibility, tone and fit for the intended use.

Editing & Translation

On request

Proofreading, editing and specialist German-English translation are priced by text type, length and deadline.

What is not listed here – and why

There are no off-the-shelf packages and no flat retainers. Both sound simple at first, but neither reflects the real effort or responsibility behind a project. You get a concrete quote for what you actually need.

Easy Language in detail

From 68.50 EUR

per standard page of 1,500 characters including spaces.

What is included

  • Transfer into Easy Language following the agreed rule set
  • Clarification of terms and a sensible text structure
  • One round of corrections within the original brief

What is not included

  • Review by a target-group panel
  • Images, illustrations, layout or technical implementation
  • Subject-matter or legal review of the source text

Accessibility statement

For a 3 to 4-page accessibility statement, the Easy Language transfer typically comes to around 200 to 280 EUR.

Existing web copy

The price depends on character count, source text, the questions that come up and whether content has to be rewritten.

General terms

Minimum order value

70 EUR. If a single order falls below that, it is rounded up to this amount.

VAT

As a small business owner under § 19 UStG (German VAT Act) I do not charge VAT.

Payment

Invoices are payable within 14 days without deduction. For orders over 500 EUR net a 50 % deposit can be agreed.

Rush orders

For work delivered within 48 hours or at unusual times a 25 % rush surcharge applies. It is agreed with you in advance.

Correction round

One round of corrections is included, unless the quote says otherwise.

Cancellation

Before the project starts, a flat handling fee of 70 EUR applies once the quote is accepted. Work already delivered is billed by effort.

You briefly describe your project. A source text or a link helps but is not required for the first message.

Once you confirm, I start the work and deliver in the agreed format.

What I need to quote

  • the service you want or a short description of your goal,
  • the scope: character count, page count or source text,
  • your target deadline,
  • any special requirements, target groups or approval paths.

Frequently asked questions

Do you offer fixed prices?
For clearly scoped services I quote a fixed price. The minimum order value is 70 EUR.
How fast can the work be done?
It depends on scope and current workload. For work within 48 hours or at unusual times a 25 % rush surcharge applies, which I discuss with you in advance.
Do you edit English texts too?
Yes. I proofread English texts and provide specialist German-English translation. The price is set by text type, length and deadline.
Can agencies request a quote?
Yes. For agencies I quote transparently based on service, scope, deadline and the coordination required.
When is a deposit due?
For orders over 500 EUR net a 50 % deposit can be agreed. Invoices are payable within 14 days without deduction. No VAT is charged under § 19 UStG.
What happens if you are ill or unavailable?
I notify you immediately of any foreseeable delay and agree next steps with you. One round of corrections is included unless the quote says otherwise.
